Agreement and Operating Entity

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and The Phoenix Ascension Group, Inc., a Florida corporation operating as Gold Coast AI (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using this website or our services, you agree to these Terms.

Service Description

Gold Coast AI provides AI voice agents, chatbots, email follow-up automation, lead generation bots, and custom business automations. Integrations may include calendars, CRMs, telephony, and messaging platforms.

Payment Terms

• Monthly billing per selected plan; setup fees may apply
• Custom projects may require milestone-based billing
• Taxes and third-party fees (e.g., telephony minutes) may be additional

Cancellation Policy

Services are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You may cancel before your next billing cycle to avoid future charges. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gold Coast AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the prior three months.

AI Service Disclaimer

AI outputs may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. Customers should review critical information and configure escalation to human agents where appropriate.

Acceptable Use

• No use for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive activities
• No attempts to misuse integrations or exceed rate limits
• Compliance with applicable laws and industry regulations
